We're happy to accept returns and exchanges that are in brand new, original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery. To mail your product for return or exchange, simply send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the Order number to: Intral d.o.o. Please include a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product or a refund. If exchange is requested, please indicate what alternative product, colour and size you desire.

• Returns that are worn, stained, altered, or damaged (including the box) will not be accepted.

• Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
