What is your return and exchange policy?

We're happy to accept returns and exchanges that are in brand new, original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery. To mail your product for return or exchange, simply send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the Order number to: Intral d.o.o. Gerbičeva 108 SI-1000 Ljubljana SLOVENIA.

Please include a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product or a refund. If exchange is requested, please indicate what alternative product, colour and size you desire.

Other Things to Note
• Returns that are worn, stained, altered, or damaged (including the box) will not be accepted.
• Requests submitted after 15-day period will not be accepted.
• Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable.
• Orders from countries outside of EU will be responsible for any additional shipping and duty fees.

Once we've received and processed your return, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment within the next 3-5 business days.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return form from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from swirl &twirl.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

If you need to return an item, please contact us info@swirltwirl.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Attach the photos of the damaged product and the damages box to the e-mail.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

How do I buy S&T products?

Currently you can only purchase them online at our website. We are looking to expand to our retail partners in the near future.

What is the status of my order?

Check the status of your order using the tracking number found in an email sent from DHL/UPS. To check your order go to http://international.dhl.ca/en/express/tracking.html or https://www.ups.com/si/en/shipping/international/services.page .

When will I get my tracking number?

You should receive an email from DHL/UPS after you place your order. If you cannot find this email, check your junk folder or email our support team at  info@swirltwirl.com.

How do I change or cancel my order?
