Please include a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product or a refund. If exchange is requested, please indicate what alternative product, colour and size you desire.

General conditions of business and use of the online store

The general operating conditions of the online store owned by INTRAL d.o.o. are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2) and the Personal Data Protection Act based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for electronic business. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the smove.si online store, the rights and obligations of the buyer, and regulate the business relationship between the seller or online store managers and customers. We take care of customer satisfaction with up-to-date information input, explanations and assistance in selection, purchase and post-purchase information. The online store smove.si is managed by Petra Kordiš sp, which also determines the general and other business terms and conditions and is responsible for the published content and execution of orders in accordance with the published terms.

Payment methods

In the online store, we offer the following payment methods: payment via PayPal payment with payment cards (through the intermediary Stripe) payment by transfer to the provider’s transaction account (according to the offer/proforma invoice – the deadline for payment is 7 days from the day of the order. If payment is not made within the deadline , the order is canceled and the products are returned for sale). If you want to choose this type of payment, write to us at info@swirltwirl.com so that we can prepare a preliminary invoice.

The right to withdraw from the purchase, return the goods

The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing of withdrawal from the contract within 15 days after receiving the goods, without having to state the reason for his decision, to the contact e-mail address info@swilrtwirl.com. The return of the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The consumer must then return the goods to the company no later than 30 days after the written notification of withdrawal from the purchase, and he himself covers the direct costs of the return. The consumer returns the goods to the address: INTRAL d.o.o., Gerbičeva ulica 108, 1000 Ljubljana. Returned products must be undamaged and in the same quantity. A copy of the order or invoice must be attached. After receiving the goods, the provider shall, in accordance with the law, return all payments made to the consumer as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after receiving the notification of the consumer’s withdrawal from the purchase. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with the cancellation of the order is the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not accept ransom payments.

Obligation of responsibility

The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item.

Complaints and disputes

Within five working days, the provider will confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the user how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure.
